50-Minute Individual Therapy: $300
75-Minute Couples Therapy: $400
Payment is due at the time of your appointment. I accept checks and all major credit cards through a secure client portal (SimplePractice).
Reduced Fee: I understand that financial situations vary and offer a limited number of reduced-fee spots based on circumstances. If I am unable to meet your financial needs, I will gladly provide referrals to trusted providers.
I operate as a private-pay, out-of-network provider. This model allows us to prioritize your clinical needs and confidentiality without the restrictions often imposed by insurance carriers.
For clients with PPO insurance, I can provide a monthly Superbill (an itemized receipt) that you may submit to your insurance carrier. In many cases, PPO plans offer partial reimbursement for out-of-network mental health services. I recommend contacting your provider to verify your specific "out-of-network benefits."
I am officially "opted out" of the Medicare system and operate on a Private Pay basis only. * Medicare-Eligible Clients: If you are Medicare-eligible, our work together is on a strictly private-pay basis. Per federal regulations, services provided by opted-out clinicians are not reimbursable by Medicare or supplemental Medigap plans. Per federal law, if we decide to work together, we will enter into a simple Private Contract to acknowledge these terms before beginning our treatment.
Cancellations & Missed Appointments
Consistent attendance is key to progress. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice or no-shows will incur the full session fee. Please note that insurance companies do not reimburse for missed appointments.
Under the No Surprises Act, you have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost. For more information, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises.
